Decision journal

Learn from every setup and every decision.

Keep trade notes, daily summaries, screenshots, setup grades, and execution details together.

Your results show what happened. Your journal should tell you why.

Lone Wolf Journal helps you look beyond profit and loss. Record your decisions, emotions, setups, and mistakes — then use them to become a more disciplined trader.

Why I built a manual trading journal

Lone Wolf Journal was built from my own need to understand not just whether a trade won or lost, but why I made the decision in the first place. It is designed to turn every trade into a lesson and every review into a step toward greater discipline.

Why the name Lone Wolf Journal?

The market is full of noise, promises, and people telling you what to do. But real progress begins when you stop following the pack, sharpen your instincts, and take responsibility for every decision. This is where the lone wolf is born.

Why not automate everything?

Not every step in trading should be automated. Sometimes the pause between trades is what builds discipline, prevents revenge trading, and teaches you to wait for the right moment.
