Daily Summary

The Daily Summary allows you to reflect on the entire trading day after you have finished trading. Use it to describe how the session went overall, rather than reviewing only one individual trade.

It is best to complete the summary at the end of the day, while your decisions, emotions, and observations are still fresh. Review the trades recorded for that date and consider whether you followed your plan, managed risk correctly, and remained disciplined throughout the session.

Write about what you did well, what went wrong, which mistakes were repeated, and what could be improved in your next trading session. You can also mention your emotional state, market conditions, missed opportunities, or any behavior that affected your performance.

A useful daily summary should focus on the quality of your process, not only on whether the day ended in profit or loss. A losing day may still contain well-executed trades, while a profitable day may include poor decisions that should not be repeated.

If no summary has been added yet, use the Summarize button next to the date. Once saved, the summary appears above the trades recorded for that day and can be edited later if you want to add further observations.
