Data Management

Use the CSV export to download your recorded trade journal data in a spreadsheet-friendly format. The export includes your trades and notes, making it useful for external analysis, personal record keeping, or importing selected data into other tools.

The CSV file does not include screenshots, uploaded images, attachments, or all account-related data. Use the full backup option when you need a complete copy of your journal.

Create a complete backup when you want to save a copy of all data associated with your account. The backup includes your recorded trades, trading rules, notes, daily summaries, screenshots, and uploaded files.

Keep the downloaded backup file in a safe location outside the platform. It can later be used to restore your journal if needed.

Use the Import Backup option to restore a backup ZIP file previously created by Lone Wolf Journal. The import restores the journal data, rules, notes, summaries, and uploaded images contained in the backup.

Importing a backup replaces all data currently stored in your account. Any trades, notes, images, or other journal information added after the backup was created may be lost.

Before importing, create a new backup of your current data so you can restore it if necessary.

This option permanently removes your entire trading journal, including recorded trades, trading accounts, rules, notes, daily summaries, screenshots, and uploaded files.

Deleting account data does not delete your user account or sign-in credentials. It only removes the journal data stored under your account.

This action cannot be undone. Create a CSV export or complete backup before deleting the data if you may need it again in the future.
